Bad breath usually gets cured by anti plaque mouthwashes like listerine,but sometimes mouthwash cant drive the bad breath away. It is again detected and then it becomes impossible to talk or laugh freely for the individual suffering from it. Here are a few reasons for this bad breath presence.

  1. Excess consumption of alcoholic drinks which unbalances your digestion and causes bad breath. Alcohol consumption reduces saliva so food like Paneer Tikka will really Stink up your breath.
  2. Stress is also one reason of bad breath. A person under stress will not be able to digest food properly as not enough digestive enzymes are  released
  3. A throat infection creates excess bacteria which, in turn cause bad breath.
  4. Bad breath can also be a symptom of more serious medical condition like diabetes, ulcers, gastroesophageal reflux, hypoglycemia, kidney or liver malfunction, and respiratory disorders.
  5. If you aren’t used to food rich in garlic, onions and certain spices .These can also cause considerable bad breath.
  6. Excess meat in diet, too much plant protein can cause bad breath as saliva will carries traces of food several hours after its chewed.
  7. Milk intolerance can also create a stink .
  8. If stomach does not  have enough hydrochloric acid, Undigested food will make its presence felt in your breath.
