Hi Kimberly! I would love any sfipecic to pregnancy exercise suggestions as we’re expecting again (hooray!). I’ve got baby Caleb just about to turn 6 months old, so this was a close spacing between pregnancies and I didn’t lose all the weight I had hoped, though there is only 4 lbs left of weight from his pregnancy. While I don’t plan to lose weight during pregnancy, I would love to keep up exercising. Right now I use Leslie Sansone Walk Away the Pounds videos. Any other great ideas? Also am open to any suggestions for going from 6 children to 7. I’ll have 3 under 3 again with the oldest only 10 when baby arrives. Thanks!Tristan[] Reply:May 19th, 2011 at 9:52 amTristan, I am in my last month of pregnancy and I am doing T-Tapp. I am overweight and struggle with high blood pressure and all sort of things while pregnant. This has been the BEST pregnancy ever and I can hardly wait to see how it makes a difference for me in labor and delivery. My blood pressure has been regulated and I have so little backache compared to what I usually have. I highly recommend T-Tapp to anyone![] Reply:May 19th, 2011 at 10:12 amCONGRATULATIONS!!I second the T-Tapp recommendation. I did that before my pregnancy with Bella and after I got through the worst of the nausea I started back up during the pregnancy.Praying for a safe and healthy pregnancy.[] Reply:May 19th, 2011 at 12:19 pmI also forgot to mention that I have only gained about 15-20 lbs and I lost inches in some places during this pregnancy![]Katie Reply:May 19th, 2011 at 1:43 pmAnother pregnant T-Tapper checking in. (I’m 29 wks with baby #6) I really have enjoyed having a routine that only takes around 20 minutes and yet helps me feel better when pregnant. Also, I usually go to the chiropractor when pregnant for hip discomfort, but haven’t had to while doing T-Tapp. I am not over weight, so I don’t T-Tapp for that purpose, but it is great for health and posture as well.[]
