Your breasts are likely increase by as much as two bra size during pregnancy, so you will need to make sure that they are well supported so that they do not sag and become uncomfortable. Small bumps may appear in the skin around your nipples. These are sebaceous glands which secrete sebum, a fatty lubricant. As your pregnancy progresses, your nipple grow softer and gentle massage will help make them supple and ready for breast feeding. Your breasts may leak a yellow fluid called colostrum, which will form a crust on the nipples. You will need to wash and dry them gently and throughly at least twice a day.
Your nails are maid of protein and are affected by the hormonal changes taking place in your body usually they grow longer and stronger during pregnancy, but occationally pregnancy will cause them  split and break. If this happens, keep them short and protect them by wearing gloves when you are doing rough jobs or when you immerse your hands in water.
If the elasticity of your skin becomes overstretched  as you put on weight, you may develop stretch marks. These usually Appear on the breasts, stomach, and the tops of the thighs as thin, reddish lines. There is little you can do to avoid them, but keeping your skin best moisturized, and being careful not to put on too much extra weight, will help minimize them. Stretch marks fade to thin silvery lines after the birth.
Varicose veins can be caused by pregnancy hormones or, later in pregnancy, by the uterus pressing down and obstructing the flow of blood from the legs to the heart. Although not serious, they can lead to aching or sore legs. Try to avoid standing for long periods and put your feet up whenever possible to ease any discomfort. Walking will help the blood flow; put on support tights or stockings when you get out of bed in the morning to give your legs more support. Varicose veins usually disappear soon after the birth.
Cravings
No one is sure why some pregnant women have cravings while others don’t. Doctors disagree about them; some are sympathetic while others doubt that they actually exist. If you desire a certain food there is no reason why you shouldn’t indulge yourself within reason, but make sure that you don’t exclude other more nourishing foods as a result.
